Pinney’s of Orford Smokehouse are able to offer a next day delivery service using our rapid dispatch courier service, between Monday to Thursday. Orders taken on Fridays or over the weekend will be dealt with on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
Should you wish your delivery to arrive on a particular date, please specify this on your on-line order, or to the person taking the order by phone. Please note, we do not deliver on Mondays or over the weekend.
During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be delivered.
Please ensure that you or the recipient is able to accept the order at the address given, or that specific instructions are left for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place. Due to the nature of our deliveries being perishable, we take great care to ensure that they are securely packaged in chilled insulated parcels, which will allow the items to remain cool for 24hrs. Pinney’s of Orford cannot accept any responsibility for items that are unsuccessfully delivered during this 24hr period due to customer error.
Deliveries will only be sent once payment for both the items and delivery has been received.
There is a £5.95 delivery fee for all mail order items.
To ensure that the products delivered to you by Pinney’s of Orford remain in the best condition, we strongly advise that once received, the items are unpackaged immediately and refrigerated. Please then also follow the directions given on the individual products regarding ‘use by’, ‘best before’ and storage.
All of our online orders provide a high level of security making sure that your personal bank card details are kept confidential at all times.
You are able to browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping you are able to click the ‘check out’ icon where you will be asked for contact and delivery details as well as your payments details. This section will also offer you the chance to add any additional notes to your order should you so desire, i.e specific delivery details or special messages.

Refunds and Order Cancellations
Pinney’s of Orford work hard to maintain a very high level of quality and service and we are therefore very keen to be informed should any delivery not be to your utmost satisfaction. In the unlikely event of our goods being delivered damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 3 working days. We shall either refund you your money or replace the items free of charge, we may however require you to return the damaged or unsatisfactory goods to Pinney’s of Orford.
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible either by phone 01394 459183 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we shall do our best to cancel the order and refund your money. However, should your order have already been processed we will be unable to cancel the delivery and refund your money.
