Hot Smoked Salmon Portion (120g)


After the salmon has been smoked for 48 hours it is steamed to produce a very succulent cooked salmon that retains its moisture and texture. A wonderfully versatile product, eat cold with salad and a generous dollop of mayonnaise or flake into pasta with a slug of cream for a warming supper.
