Galletas Marineras from Daveiga are a modern interpretation of a 15th century ‘Pilot Bread’, or ‘Ships Biscuit’ which was an old maritime recipe designed to withstand long journeys at sea.
Using a semi-artisan production method Galletas Marineras are manufactured with quality, 100% natural ingredients.
Round and crunchy, these crackers have mild taste of olive oil.
WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), extra virgin olive oil (10%), sea salt, barley malt extract (GLUTEN), emulsifier: IP.SOYA lecithin, BARLEY malt flour (GLUTEN) and yeast. May also contain traces of MILK.
Made from fresh ingredients free from GMO and additives.
