This rounded style of Bacchus is ripe, fleshy pear and English apple on the nose with hints of violets and Turkish delight. The Palate is soft and textured but also fresh and crisp.. A delicate yet structured and complex Bacchus that will drink beautiful on is own, as an aperitif or with smoked fish.
No fining agents have been used so the wine is vegan friendly and gluten free.
