Northern Pasta Co is a small-batch pasta maker dedicated to crafting artisan pasta from locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. They use regeneratively grown spelt, meaning no unneccesary chemicals are sprayed on to the crop. All their grains are traceable to the very field where they were grown, all in the UK, and then processed in their pasta factory in Kendal, Cumbria. They make their pasta slowly, using traditional methods, to make unbeatably delicious pasta for ultimate sauce holding!
