Sea Sisters are a family run craft cannery passionate about preserving the finest, ethically sourced British fish and seafood. The first people to can fish in England since the 1940’s. All of their Conservas are hand made in small batches and lovingly packed in Dorset.
Hake is a succulent white fish that has been preserved with butter and the subtly saltiness of dulse seaweed. This conserva is best served warm and recommend to placing the unopened can into boiling water foe a few minutes before enjoying on sourdough bread.
Ingredients: Hake fish (70%), butter milk (25%), lemon seaweed
