Sea Sisters are a family run craft cannery passionate about preserving the finest, ethically sourced British fish and seafood. The first people to can fish in England since the 1940’s. All of their Conservas are hand made in small batches and lovingly packed in Dorset.
Their award winning rainbow trout is gently smoked over oak and preserved in a quality, extra virgin olive oil. Rainbow trout is delicious with eggs for breakfast or with crackers, cream cheese & pickles.
The Marine Conservation Society (MCS) promote trout as a sustainable alternative to salmon and rate it as a one of the ‘best choices’.
