Caught off the coast of Ireland these wonderful oily fish are hot smoked whole to enhance their richness and then filleted. The subtle smoky flesh has a soft creamy texture that melts in your mouth and is perfect with our home-made Mustard Sauce. Or, why not try making your own smoked mackerel pate.
