Fen Farm Bungay Raw Butter


A Suffolk treasure based in the Waveney Valley where a herd of happy Montbeliarde cows graze the beautiful marshlands. Fen Farm dairy produces the finest cheese and raw cultured butter handmade in small batches that is nothing short of delicious.

Bungay raw cultured butter is produced by using lactic culture. It is made by hand in the traditional way. It is the closest thing to the original Suffolk butter,  they use the milk warm from milking and Athena grass fed cows are an ancient breed.  They only give a small amount of milk but it is rich and high in protein producing beautifully creamy and complex flavours. A true farmhouse butter
