Sea Sisters are a family run craft cannery passionate about preserving the finest, ethically sourced British fish and seafood. The first people to can fish in England since the 1940’s. All of their Conservas are hand made in small batches and lovingly packed in Dorset.
These whelks are preserved with the flavours of Korea to create a delicious, spicy and bold taste experience. We recommend serving simply with steamed rice.
Ingredients: Whelks molluscs (73%), kimchi (27%): chilli, daikon, garlic,ginger,gochu (korean chilli flakes), organic apple cider vinegar, Cornish dried seaweed, sea salt.
